Something very similar happened to me regarding Berlingua:
They sent me an email saying they had no vacancies in Spain, but that their school in Milan, Italy, would contact me. All of this striked me as very odd, since I never applied to work at Berlingua.
A few days later, I received a job description from MT Languages, as follows:

Students: All ages (Teachers are allowed to teach their preferred age)

We have positions teaching kindergarten kids, young learners aged 3 to 12, teenagers, university students or adult students. Our class sizes are kept small to an average of 8-12 students which allows for noticeable progress to be made and also makes classroom management that much easier.
Maximum of 25 hours teaching per week
Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students

Excellent salary: € 2,600 to € 2,700 depending on qualifications and experience

The whole description is a giant red flag.
I did send them my resume, out of curiosity, an even had an interview! It lasted 6 min and 33 seconds, and it ended with the "recruiter" complimenting my English way too much, while his sounded a bit off.
